Just been passed this place on my way home.
Unsure of any access or how long it's been empty for, but only just noticed the for sale signs in the last few weeks,
Main issues would be the car valet place next door and what looks like some sort of storage place on the other side,
I plan on taking a look next time I'm that way, but thought someone a bit more local might like it,
