Report - Linda Vista Hospital - Los Angeles, March 2010

Linda Vista Hospital

Built in 1909 the hospital was used as farm land for a while then quickly developed into a railway hospital. After the railways went away it became a normal hospital in East LA and mainly took in local stabbing and gunshot victims. In the 1980's it was investigated and said to be unfit as a hospital as there was an abnormally high rate of death. It officially closed in 1991.

This doesn't even capture how huge this place was.

Ah nice one, loved that report, pictures are well taken too.

Did you get to see the body incinerator in this place? It's still got ash in apparently, supposedly human ash, but not sure how true that is.

Well, human ashes. Apparently there's still some left, saw it on Youtube a while back. Someone went in and in the ash tray of the incinerator there was a load of ashes and some bones or something. Could well be false. Most likely is, if you want i'll find the vid again?

Well here's to years of being MIA. There is an incenerator, sadly I didnt see it, I became a bit of a chicken when it came to the long dark tunnel full of rats. The group I was with did, they said it had what looked like ash and bone, but whos to know.
