The derelict landmark is one of the last surviving physical reminders of the city's historic former fish dock.

A former trawler company office built in 1949, it has been the subject of repeated vandalism in recent years.

it's a fantastic place for graffiti

The developers having had request to demolish building have now submitted planning application to turn it into offices with roof top restaurant, but they don`t have access to get to it or have any parking space around it, it being owned by others.
