A former psychiatric hospital complex in northern Italy with a rather grisly history, The asylum of Vercelli was built in 1930, during the war it was used as a prison camp to hold anti fascist 75 prisoners, in 1945, 75 prisoners were massacred in the grounds and buildings. In later years it went back to it's original use, long since left disused, there's lots of buildings including chapels, cinema, secure wings, rehab wards ec, mostly empty but still nice to have a wander around.
