Our Visit
After driving past this place a few times previous to our visit, we decided to have a look online to see if anyone had visited the site before us and unfortunately we came up empty handed. After realising this, we took it upon our selves to go down and try gain access, it took us 3 visits before we finally found a entry point. The access point was hard to get through as it was awkward and a tight squeeze.
The front part of the building is boarded up and is alarmed, we did manage to gain access but the alarm was unbearable so we decided to just leave it. Once we left, we hung around to see if someone would show up and they did.
Overall, the explore was well worth it even though we didn't stay to get pictures of the main building.

So the alarm is only inside the first picture building?

Yeah only the front build has an alarm on. But there is no access too that part anyway.

The room with the Samand grinding machine was the CDT workshop, where I was the Teacher back in the 90s before it closed down. It looks tidy because it was used later for making props & scenery when the BBC filmed the children's series "Young Dracula" in the main building.
There was an arson attack on part of the buildings two days ago (28th) but the main building wasn't affected and I don't think the ones in this report were either, just the two single story Infant classrooms from what I've heard.
It was all sold off by Liverpool City Council back in 2016, so it's in Private ownership now, although no plans have been submitted yet.
