after a fairly disappointing start to the day searching for the truligh hill rotor station, followed by an unsuccessful visit to the coulsdon deep shelter, myself wolf and the the others decided to head to margate to check out the vortigern caves only to discover they have been sealed, we were all quite disheartened buy the lack of open sites but a quick forum search bought up the margate lido. abandoned the car in a dubious carpark behind dreamland (which is kind of ironic seeing as margate is a shithole) and wander of to find the lido, when we found it some head scratching took place and as if by magic we were inside.

an ingenious solution to the water leak issues
a short section of old tunnel which has been backfilled sadly
was a pretty good end to an almost wasted day
