1991 Closure at the side of a main A road - this post conveniently had its own car park! You can see the barrier in the up position in one of the pictures.
As well as the car park, it also had one of the lowest access hatches I have ever came across - not sure why.
Sadly no access underground as its locked with modern padlocks.
