After some research and observation, as I live nearby, I managed to get in without any problems. There are days with no seca, and definitely no dogs. Visited this place many years back [with no camera/camera-phone] and now was gutted because of how much has changed. Premier Mill seems untouched, but is less interesting than its bigger brother, which is totally stripped with only beams and some empty floors remaining. Getting into the big one was actually quite easy, yes we carried a ladder BUT Premier Mill remains almost undiscovered for me as I chickened out on the top of the ladder, trying to get to the upper floors. Went alone this time.
Definitely will going back again soon for this one as there might be some interesting bits still left.
I tried and covered as much as I could, so there are quite a few photos here, hope you like the pics
