Back in 2017 i took a visit to the old Mountain Ash hospital (with a few friends) that opened in 1910 and closed around 2012, upon arrival we were paranoid in case of security but it quickly became clear that this place was long gone and wouldn't have a lot to offer, but even so it was still pretty cool with the very few features still standing. The place was absolutely trashed and although i hate graffiti i couldn't help but cackle as most of the scribbles on the walls were just internet memes and also a 9/11 theory someone clearly had spent too much time on, which honestly was way more creative than the usual "____ is a slag" or other tasteful imagery unfortunately i didn't get better pictures before the place was turned to rubble but these are still nice to look back on!
Despite the place being trashed it was a fun little stop before we went up to Talgarth i'll have more to say on that on my next post!
