Hi everyone,
I’m Sean Wilson, 22 years old and based in Ashington, Northumberland — not far from Newcastle Upon Tyne. Born on 23rd December 2002, which means, yes… I’m one of those unfortunate souls who gets “combined” birthday and Christmas presents every year.
I’ve been interested in urban exploration since I was around 14 or 15. At first, I was just fascinated by photos and videos online, but over the years I’ve managed to get out and do a few explorations myself. I’m now looking to get into it much more seriously, with more frequent explores and a better camera setup in the works.
My latest explore was an abandoned nightclub in Newcastle — no spoilers yet, but it had a seriously eerie vibe. Took a fair few photos while I was there, so my first proper report will be coming very soon once I’ve sorted through everything.
I’ve joined 28DaysLater to meet like-minded explorers, get inspiration, learn the ropes from the more experienced members, and hopefully contribute some solid content of my own. I’m particularly interested in industrial sites, old entertainment venues, and anything with a strong sense of history (and maybe a bit of decay).
