To make this a stellar report, you need to include a few more things as a few previous members have stated.

• A month and year of the explore in the title. I wouldn’t recommend adding the exact date of the visit as the forum is public, and known to be viewed by security and owners.
• A little history in the body of the report.
• And a few more photos of actual rooms/the building are always good rather than lots of individual details.

I think this is Aalen House and can only find recent history at present. Sold July 2020 with Freehold for £50,000. The normal selling price in this area is 200 -300 K. Minuted at https://www.okehampton.gov.uk/data/uploads/1723_133314249.pdf under item 094. Date of closure not confirmed, but residents moved into units at Hatherleigh Care Village at time of closure
