OK first report, although I did this over a year ago, the building still stands and I have finally managed to upload my 35mm negatives.
I think this building may have been reported quite a few years back but non the less a lot more decay has occurred including more graffiti. The building originally was used as a Knife Factory in the 60's and 70's by A.R. Heathcote & Co Ltd. Not sure how long it has been redundant but seems as though it could be well over 10 years now.
The images are from a Nikon FM2 (not mine thought ) using B&W Film at ISO 200. The day was an overcast one which gave quite 2d lighting but none the less most of the pics came up trumps!
