Big heads up to KJUD for showing us this awesome gem of industry nestled deep in the shipping area of sunderland.

This place is next to and near one of the roughest looking estates ive seen in a long long time, but amazingly, not much damage has occured other than natural decay...

Really enjoyed this place...anyway, here's the pictures...

This place was awesome, some of the greatest old graffiti I've ever seen, "The new office boy - 1900" and some of the coolest untouched decay ever.

The cane hill office scenario, everything just how it was, just with plants growing out of it!
