If you ever wondered where the James Bond baddies would live in Portugal where it here! To the west of Lisbon in the Monsanto Forest sits the former panoramic restaurant. Built in the 60's it served as a restaurant and viewing tower. Amazing views of Lisbon and great architecture as well. You can tell I really love the stair cases here (the lifts were both out of action)
