Been viewing this place for ages, over a year maybe? Never attempted purely for the 'police dog training site' on the front. However i visited with a good friend @The Explorer Returns and a couple others to see about any kind of access.

In total there's 6 properties on this land worth 30 million. I've already visited the mansion before when it was open back in 2017 (i wrote a report about it called 'Kings Lane Mansion' if you wanna read up on that too). However this day all we were aiming to look at was the Manor and the cottages. We didn't get round to the cottages due to security turning up but the manor was all good.
After scouting out the building for a bit we found our entry point and we were in. The inside is all stripped out and natural decay has taken over with damp and mould in most rooms, apart from one room holding a sculpture model for the design i imagine they are planning for the upgrade of the manor but not sure when these plans are taking place.
Other than that the place is still quite beautiful and very spacious. Quite excited to see what they do do with it. After a while of exploring and doing pretty much everything there was to see anyway the security turned up! We quickly made our escape out front so we werent seen being in the building and where after a little bit of confrontation and knowing our rights he let us out the front gate never to be seen again...
