The folk involved with the rave at High Point did one here. But this one wasn't busted 
The place had many names over the years including Locarno, Mecca, Caesars, Dollars & Dimes, Pennington's and Town & Country.
Originally opened in the 60's, changed hands numerous times, and has now stood empty for a number of years.
No electricity, but plenty of torches and flashes make the place come to life again!!
