My first post on here. Visited it today with my brother and kids. Used to be a family friend that owned this gym back when it was open. We also managed to get inside of shorrocks night club and ezo restaurant all on the same ground

There has also been a fire in the night club part. The upstairs function suite is all burnt and part of the floor missing due to a fire. It's such a shame this building has been left to rot like it has. When you look back at old pictures it was such a nice place

This was my haunt every Friday night in he early 80's, I have so many memories of Shorrocks Hill, some I could share, some no way! This was part of my youth.......

Any ideas on the angled coat pegs? Is the whole place sloping like a cinema floor?
