The princess cinema is a fine building, with a beautiful "bull nose" front on the corner of a terraced street. Upon entering it looks like it is totally stripped, but in fact many original features remain if you take the time to look. Years of neglect have left it little more than a fetted blackened shell, but looking past that the grandure shines through. The terretzo floor in the lobby is stunning, shining through the piles of crap and dirt. The ornate plasterwork also survives, behind boarding.
The ceiling is one of the best I have seen in a cinema. Sorry the pictures are not the best, it was a tough place to photograph and tbh as it was the last site of the day we were dicking about a fair bit
