The former home of Prudential Assurance, the British multinational life insurance and financial services company, and for a period the basement nightclub Holy City Zoo. The building was built in 1899 by Alfred Waterhouse and is Grade II listed.


Another site with lots to see. If you can get round the locals shouting and balling at you... the police never came..

When I 1st got in here I went upstairs after looking in a couple of rooms trying to ignore the vandalism and take in the decay decided to head Down..wow what a difference. Those tiles are something else..

Also had a quick look in the old club underneath..

i went alone a few weeks ago on passing and i was well up for going in but i bricked it last min with it being on the high street and people stood on the platform haha dam

We went today. There were a few kids fuckin about too whilst we were in the basement but a few loud bangs and i think we scared them off as we disnt see them in there.

Its a proper walk in, but to be fair it needs sealing proper.

Before that glorious tiling gets fucked :-(
