Saw this posted a couple of times with no hint of location. Came across it a few months later while looking for locations, probably a bit more trashed than when others had visited but still interesting none the less.
History
'Punch Lodge' was originally a 20 bedroom residential training centre for a large betting company, which makes sense due to its close proximity to a racecourse. It was then acquired by a gentleman who had a few business ventures, the most successful of which being an accountancy firm. There are therefore several companies registed here who used them as their accountants. It looks like it is now starting to be renovated, a couple of the rooms have been replastered and there are some building supplies upstairs, although it looks as if it is being trashed faster than they can fix it.

Found on Google Maps and recognised from a couple of previous reports. I believe there is also a swimming pool and tennis court on site, but didn't fancy falling in the pool in the dark so didn't go looking for it. Explored at night so shots aren't great. Access is a doddle.
Just a quickie, I'm not a photographer and explore for me not the camera, so my pics will never be that great but at least it gives an insight into the location.
Then the Po-Po arrived...
