Well, after watching this place for several years unsure if it was still in use by MOD Montstar and Kinger proved it wasn't. The surface quarry on the site has stopped trading and been stripped so making access less fraught. Didn't stop somebody local - maybe a caretaker for the site across the road - calling the police to our cars parked down the road.
Anyway, this quarry like others in Wiltshire was commandeered to store bombs and lasted as a RAF store rather longer than most hence the mint condition signage and rail tracks.
I'm so glad I did this; thanks to those that blazed the trail. Did I mention this place is mint. Can even switch the points ....
