This was are first explore of the day with @WilsonTheHuman , and in total we had about 4/5 location planned , I have to say when we turned up to it we thought it was sealed but we had a snoop around and found a way in , Me my daughter and my friend went a walk around inside , and my friend was explain how much it has changed in over a year ( the place in a extremely sorry sate, ) , it was pretty cool too , what made this place semi spooky was how you can someone doing some kinda clay shooting in the distance and it echoes though the whole building
So it said the factory was built in the around 1950s it was the first one to built in the uk ,the. bomber commands photographic reconnaissance squadron , was located slight away from the airfield
It's said the role of the site was to carry out reconnaissance normal before & after strikes , to help support nuclear v bombs
So what the place was design to process film that was taken from the planes , using dark rooms
It said the place was operational untill around 1990s when it closed down as camera technology got more advanced
Here some photos from my phone
