Report - Random factories lewis 16/17

Hopefully it wont be the local sussex youtube goons new epic eerie factories of forgotten souls with a dead body found lucky escape some sort of bollocks .

Having got that out the way i know nothing of the history of the place, might have been a old foundry at some point i dunno, what i do know is there's about nine factories some were storage, some were some sort of art building and some were used as a skate park.

Don't think is been posted on here and its something a little different, visited with a couple of local explorers.

Did you mean Lewes??

Is this near the fire station? That was / is being closed down? There was a beautiful building that was inhabited by squatters (the arty hipster Lewes type of squatter not the Hulme Hippodrome type) however they were turfed out a while ago as I think the buildings were going to be demolished?

Yeah that's the place, they built a nice little garden out the back and a veg patch.

Not my greatest effort I admit , not my call to make to put out in public either, there's probably thousands of pounds worth of gear in there as well, thought I'd share on here maybe I shouldn't have

I thought it was! We had a bit of a look round when they were moving out as my sister / brother in law knew a couple of the people living in there.

It's weird I dunno what the deal is there, my pictures are awful as I wasnt exspecting anything so took an old camera phone, but its rammed full of power tools and all sorts of stuff, one of the guys had collected £50 in change in there, all that gear and no one seems to own it .

Nice find. A few local kids have been in and had a root around but obviously the power tools are not to there taste. It' a really interesting mooch which my pictures obviously don't show to well, I'll watch what I post up in future
