Bolehill Quarry in Wingerworth, Chesterfield has existed in some form since 1940 and Realstone UK Ltd has operated out of it since 1998 for cutting, shaping and finishing ornamental stone, before finally being dissolved as a company in 2017. Since then the 25 acre site was put up for sale for £1.5 million.
Thanks to @Gsxrwayne for the lead for this place. It looks like it would have been a decent poke at some point as it’s not a bad size and plenty of crap left behind. Unfortunately it’s been completely destroyed by idiots, in fact just as I was finishing up another 2 car loads of them arrived and proceeded to run around screaming and throwing stuff about. Overall, a below average local derp.
From the roadside
Shower room, there was a nice locker area too but they had been chucked around everywhere
A nice German drawing board in a small office space
'Dirty rats'
Quarry
Cheers for looking.
