First time poster! Please let me know if there’s anything I missed.
This is Realstone LTD. Somebody made a post about this place in 2020, so this is more of an update. Realstone Ltd. was incorporated October 1998 , before the company dissolved in February of 2017 - they used to cut stone pretty much.
It’s been pretty heavily vandalised but a lot of the graffiti is actually pretty impressive- it’s not all just scribbles thankfully. If you’re local and in to graffiti, this is defintiely for you.
It is bordering on being a ruin rather than urbex, but it is still pretty impressive. I’d not say it’s worth more than a 30/40 minute drive.
The view from the edge of the cliff it’s on is pretty good and you always get a good sunset from there. There is a public footpath that runs through the property and parking adjacent- it’s a really popular spot.

Realstone Ltd. was incorporated October 1998 , before the company dissolved in February of 2017 - so quite recently abandoned in comparison to some of the much older sites iv visited. The 25 acre site was used for the cutting, shaping and finishing of stone, I'm guessing from the near by Bolehill Quarry.
I last visited the Realstone site in June of this year - and was surprisingly easy to access and a lack of security! Unfortunately because of this the place had been completely smashed up and ruined! Otherwise this would have been a pretty decent find. There was also loads of bits left behind like paperwork, wellies, helmets, hi-vis jackets etc. but nothing too exiting.
Not great pics as I wasn't expecting to be posting on here!
