So going back through my old reports which sadly got deleted off her years ago (it's a long story!) - anyway this was a cracking little place. Having had a trip to Geo's and Loxley we ended up here after some lunch. I'm not entirely sure of the exact history of the place but it was used to treat/test the water in the adjacent Redmire Reservoir. At some point in the late 90's/early 00s it was mothballed. It was never reused/re-purposed and sometime after this trip it was sold and stripped out by its new owner with a view to using for residential use but not sure what happened there after. I vaguely remember refused planning permissions for change of use. Gotta love the smiley faces on the water meters and that EE cooker is a beauty.
