Hate to be the bearer of bad news on my first ever post, but anyone thinking of venturing out to the Redmires Water Treatment Plant, Sheffield can save themselves time, diesel and disappointment. The building has been completely gutted and shut down. Metal shutters on everything, a rat with anorexia would find it difficult to squeeze in, let alone a 6ft Yorkshire fella, albeit a nimble minx like my good self (I swear by the 'Old Speckled Hen' health supplement).
