Went here recently with lost explorer on a lead as we didn't really know where it was or what the access was like after parking in the wrong place we set off to find it 9 miles later of up hill shit and crossing rivers we realized we were well and truly lost luckily a hiker gave us his map and we realised it was less than 500 meters from the car :-[.
On getting up to the site it became apparent that pikes had been in and it had been re secured recently
