I decide to go for a walk in the woods near where i live to test my new camer out.
I had a chat with a few local dog walkers about the river tame and they told me of a few tunnels and small culverts dotted about here and there up and down the river, so i went looking for them. Someone also told me about a mill that once stood on the river but now its gone but you can still see stone walls everywhere, and the mill had a few bomb shelters, i managed to find one of the old bomb shelters but it was filled in with mud.
I cant find any history about the river tame or the mill,
Some of these tunnels are not very big but i still went in them and had a mooch about. I found abot 4 or 5 tunnels but there is alot more.
