The post is secured, NO access underground.
After a few days camping with little bug in Rosedale, i had to take him for a nosy at the ROC post on Chimney Bank Top.
Apart from a thread with no images suggesting the post was open, I was sure there would probably be no access underground from previous reports so just an update. The above ground is looking in a bit of a state now and the hatch has been welded.
