Rothwell labour club opened on 3rd March 1978 by Marlyn Rees MP
The club stands next to Rothwell Town football ground that started life as Rothwell Labour Club back in the late 1970's. Very little is known about the football Clubs early years
The Labour club looks like the shutter where just pulled down and the club left with half bottles of whiskey left and full bottles of beer
I went back to the club a week age to find it had been totally sealed

Looks like no one else had been in there which is surprising. Did you try any of the left over merchendise?

Really enjoyed that, rare to see a WMC in such good condition
