I visited with @MotionlessMike, there is very little information about this building available online, but I've pieced together what I can. The building is a relatively modern (post 1970s) single-storey purpose built school building of brick construction under a mix of asphalt and felted flat roof. The property occupies a regular shaped site of uniform topography, extending to approximately 2,500 sq.m set in a predominately residential area. The building is in a bizarre state of limbo with some rooms looking like they had just walked out of with others in a state of dilapidation. Children's drawings still line the walls and toys remain scattered around the playground.
