I've not seen anything on this for a while, so i thought i would have a look on a rare warm and clear(ish) Manchester night.
Sarah Point was one of three High Rise Manchester schemes mothballed after Mr Bashir Issa's property company BS Construction crashed into administration in May 2008.
There was talk a Liverpool-based UK Land and Property would take over the development and give the project a new lease of life in 2011 but it seems this failed to come to fruition.
There seems to be no signs of any imminent construction re-starting on the site.
This partially built apartment block stands at 14 stories and approx 148ft, and offers some decent views of the Manchester skyline.
