I know this place has been done to death, and as always I am late to the party, but I've not done this site so thought I'd check it out.

Very simple access to grounds and building, although a long walk from where I parked - they have ANPR on the estates so didn't want to take the risk.

Unfortunately, it seems that the interior is going downhill, and looks very different from other reports I've seen - there is much more graffiti and general vandalism, with books having been thrown around etc. The main kitchen is just a mess.

That said, was a fun explore for an hour or so, and go some decent photos.

Nice one, decent photos there metal sheeting didn’t stop anyone then, it’s coming down soon so wouldn’t surprise me if they stop bothering with it. Extra money for no reason.

Went a while back and someone had done a nutty log in the bath right next to the toilet

You are a bit late, everyone has already been here over the past year. Good luck keeping the dodgy people out though, Kay was security to check it more than once a day.

The only people going there now are generally not people from this forum as its been rinsed and ruined by the Surrey mansion tourbus that rolls through every single empty one down there.

If security were as aware as they apparently are now they would have clamped down on it before the building was destroyed.

I saw that earlier, didn't know which property it was planned for though. Total morons planning something like that in one of the most exclusive expensive parts of the country and expecting not to get caught.
