I know pubs and nightclubs are never usually that exciting when it comes to exploring but I was always curious to see what this place looked like inside for a while.
Plus it had been a while since I'd one.
The Nightclub was still in fairly good condition and not as wrecked as I thought it would be.
The offices and back areas had been smashed up a bit, but not as bad some places I've came across.
The club area was pretty empty and lacked any standout features apart from the pole of course.
The club was pitch black, tried to get the best lighting I good for my photos.
The Club was known as the Royal Exchange, then later Aruba, then Slam before it closed.
I believe the club closed around 2016 and wasn't slam for very long.
Plans were put forward to turn the place into a strip club but never came about.
Wasn't the best idea as it's one of the first things you would see coming out of the train station.
I came across some pictures online of what went on inside the club, not a very good reputation.
Thanks for looking
