Not sure of any rooftops, the closest thing I have tried for high stuff is this thread.

Really wouldn't recommend going on the crane now as it didn't look stable when I went there but it's all about that view you get once you get to the top of the cliff.

Me and my mate climed that crane last week its actually all good to go across. Just got to be careful of course. Would recommend the little tower next to it too. I did notice this post was from 2016 just fought I'd update ya on it still
