I have known of this site for a while, the larger of the 2 planes is a Hawker Siddelay 748 and seised operation in the late 50s and was decommissioned. Southend Air Port says that the planes do not belong to them and it has ties to Avro a British Aero division. The planes have been left there to rott sadly.. but minus some bright and ugly graffiti sprawled over them the exteriors are in fairly good condition ..however the insides have largely been stripped almost bare. I went there with a good friend of mine and thoroughly enjoyed the explore. I did try to track down an original flight plan but to no avail.....(yet) shes a British Aircraft that could seat around 40 passengers. We only got into 1 of the 2 planes but hope to return in the near future to document that plane also.. as well as improve on the pictures we have taken. We left the site quietly and left everything as we found it. And took nothing except from the pictures we took.
