Visited with Rookie and JimmyHalfway.
SSSI is a sewer overflow chamber in the Collyhurst area of Manchester and has a mix of brick pipe, A massive penstock and control room which was filthy and also three wooden barriers stacked on top of each other to increase the overflow height for the sewer.
After a comical entrance with some crazy gradients and Rookie thinking we’d get shot we were in, The first drain for JimmyHalfway along with his Lidl waders that ended up having a small hole in halfway up his leg. He looked exactly like C3PO walking along this drain in fear of spiders...
