St Georges Works (Pumphouse) - Lancaster - May 2011

This was a great find by drhowser. It is the pumphouse of the St George's works / lune mill site in Lancaster which has lain derelict for a long time. The main mill part was inaccessible during our visit and a security patrol caught us out once.
The pumphouse itself was great and although a lot of original gear had been removed, the main gantry was still in situ and some other miscellaneous artefacts were dotted about too...
