St James’s Building, which is a Grade II* listed, has a canal that runs underneath it and was at one point a famous theatre and music hall. During this period the whole ninth floor was made up entirely of executive toilets.
Present day parts of the building is owned by Bruntwood and offers 2 meeting rooms accommodating up to 70 people and conference rooms. The rest of the building is occupied by various accountancy and architect firms.
Cheers for looking. Rookie
