Time for a bit of daytime rooftopping and dicking about. We hit the streets dressed in shirt and tie, blending in with the ‘suits’ going about their daily business. It worked a treat, and we strolled past the concierge and were soon on the roof, where we were spotted several times by people in the surrounding offices haha.
Info:
St. James’ Building is a Grade II listed building situated on Oxford Road. The nine-storey building incorporates a mixture of contemporary and traditional offices, with a marble reception area and a lavish, sweeping staircase. At one point the building was used as a theatre and music hall, and the ninth floor was made of entirely of executive toilets. There is also a canal running underneath the building.
Bringing some class to urbex…
