Report - St Mary's Community Hall/Cinema - Northern Ireland - December 2012

St Mary's Hall is located near Portadown in N.Ireland, it used to serve as a cinema/community/bingo/dancing hall etc. It closed over 10 years ago and has been very neglected ever since.

I remember going here to see Bill and Ted many many years ago as a kid on St Patricks Day and putting on a show with the local Scouts at some charity event.

Yes, these are very good photos to showcase how St.Mary's Hall, Portadown once was even since it closing and becoming abandoned. Unfortunately, both the St.Mary's Hall, Portadown as well as the old Parochial House next door has both been demolished as I recently visited the site where both buildings once stood two weeks ago. All that was left was a pile of rubble presumably the only remains of both building. If, you still want to see a photo of the building today. I'm researching the history of the building for a book I'm trying to write about the Hall.
