Just off a minor road next to a HUGE layby. Apparently, a council official was an observer here and had the layby built, good use of tax payers money there then 
Post has a bar welded over the hatch. In all honesty, it wobbled around under my boot so a good whack would probably see rid of it. I didn't of course
The welds look very old and weak.
Rest of the post was under brambles and stingers so I couldn't tell if it was a master post at all.
