Words a nd Pictures by the Stooges….Arntzville and Captain Jack…Kings Park June 2-3, 2012
This is our final installment on Kings Park and includes the larger buildings on campus that most people are familiar with. These for the most part have been used hard by vandals, scrappers and tasteless taggers and tend to be more interesting viewed from outside or their roofs..The real gems are the locations we showed in our first two sets
After some scouting through the thick overgrowth our first stop was bldg 7

2
A fairly impressive structure It had been a medical unit with two large attached sprawling ward complexes. We walked around there for almost an hour looking for an entry before Chris found a torn out ventilator leading into a sub basement.
Inside it was kind of rough and typical of many of the buildings here on campus…Vandalism, Scrapping and juvenile graffiti being the norm.

The view from the roof was probably the most interesting part of this building..

7 Bldg 41-42-43 where we entered the tunnel to 93. We only looked in this complex briefly as it appeared to have been abused in a manner similar to the other bldgs
8 Chris bypassing a welded barrier in the tunnel just outside of 93
