There is not much to be said about the history that has not already been said about this place in lots of reports so I won't bore you with it, but it has been bought by Urban Splash, but it looks like they have not bothered with it as their portacabin/container offices around the place have been trashed and not used for some time.
I had the company of Bignickb, which was lots of fun on only my 2nd real explore.
Just a word of warning though, the floorboards are rotten in places, almost went through one myself. Please be careful.
