Recently rembered about this place so decided to give it a try, ended up getting caught by security guards who (to be fair) were quick to respond to our presence. Access is easy from the car park, roof doors may be viable to enter from but didn't have time to check any, advise if your going to try go in the dark. Cameras are also there so watch out for those.

Nah I like it, it's never a bad thing to be on top of what's going on locally. Have found it's easy to neglect the stuff on your doorstep and focus on bits elsewhere which can result in missing some potentially brilliant things down the road

There is two they, recently built a new but gave it the same name as the original.

Already given it 2 tries, locked down pretty well with active police dogs round front 24/7 fenced off and work seems to be taking place there alot. 100% alarmed and cameras litter the property. Good luck trying this one!

We got on site pretty easily and only one man and his dog on site. Most cameras are switched off it seems but may have changed since 👍

What you recon about building access? I saw some open delivery garage doors around the back but had someone working inside, we also managed to walk into the site untill a man in high vis appeared so we dipped

Might wanna give it a shot before they take down the entire building, they took down the water tower already. I dont mind giving it a look sometime soon

Drove past 3M today, no police K9 unit only 1 car and front doors wide open, seems security has been "lowered".
