In Sweden, during the Second World War and onwards, there was both Home Guard Administration and Industrial Home Guard, later known collectively as Operation tank. Their task was to defend the local factory.
Alongside it, there was also complete protection. The protection works were part of civil defense, and the task was to assist in the protection of the facory / personnel, and lead the rescue work.
Administration Centre on the images are combined with a smaller shelters and looks to be built in the 1940s during World War II. The facility is adjacent to a mature industry which is closed since around 1990. The paintings on rock walls of the shelter portion is probably because the factory's sports club used the premises.
Translation of some terms are probably completely insane....
