Formerly known as the Haywain Inn, Taste Of India was an Indian restaurant sitting on a busy A road. It features a Motel next to it which is also derelict and was co owned. So if you booked a function room or didn't wanna get caught over the limit you could stay the night! The restaurant didn't get good reviews which must have started it's decline. Although on a main road and trashed there are still remnants of the past to see here. From empty beer barrels to a retro cigarette machine! Worth a visit if your in the area. The land was sold for development but absolutely nothing has been done here for years.
Explore: Access to the restaurant is very easy, the door opposite the motel is wide open. It's a free for all! Be careful in the upstairs section of the building as some of the floors have fallen through.
As for the motel there were a couple of rooms you could access via a window but not much to see really. More recently more boards have been taken off the motel so more of it is now accessible.
