The Bobsleigh Inn is an average bed and breakfast hotel on the outskirts of london , a nice explore with no run ins with security. However , a lack of photographic opportunity due to most rooms in a hotel being the same . This building is also apparently used for dog testing , so make sure to be careful !
History
The oldest parts of the hotel date back to the 16th century , which is clearly shown in some parts of the site such as the dining hall and second floor hallways which flaunt classic architecture and patterns on the walls and floors. It was formerly a country club until 1964 when the son of the owner was part of the gold medal winning Bobsleigh team in the olympics in Austria , and was renamed in his honour.

Gaining access into the site was certainly not easy, but once in we were greeted with what seemed to be a bar and reception , with different doors branching out into different sections of the hotel. Along these near identical hallways are near identical rooms , some with power and televisions while others with nothing. The second floor rooms are clearly more luxury , containing larger beds and better facilities such as some old trouser ironing machines fitted to the wall. One part of the building is clearly older than the other and much more worn by time. There is a kitchen and dining area along with a second smaller bar which then leads to more upstairs rooms and what appears to be a staff room in the loft. There is noticeably quite a few bars dotted around the site , and also what appears to be a newer dining area in that has a huge skylight .Tucked away in between the two buildings is the swimming pool , which has sadly been devoured by nature.
