“After more than 34 years as a family run coaching hotel, The Carlton’s doors have now closed for the last time. But instead of leaving the esplanade hotel to become an empty eyesore, owners CHG Holdings have revealed exciting plans for a brand new seaside Premier Inn hotel with a Brewer’s Fayre restaurant on the ground floor – the only one on the Isle of Wight.”

This was a location none of us really knew about well, as it has only really just closed down. However it was on our list of places to try that day on the Isle of Wight and it turned out to be a walk straight in jobby
The place is absolutely mint condition obviously and still had full power and running water. Some of the food found was still in date (I always check) haha.
The boat in the wall in the bar area was cool and the view from the top balconies was good. Im not sure how many rooms there were but it was definatly hundreds!
